What does this mean?

Good afternoon, Jinzhe Li,
Thank you for submitting photographs for appraisal at Mearto.
Your candlesticks were made in Sheffield, England, between 1903-1904, according to the marks on the base. The "RR" mark would identify the maker but I am not finding that in a search, which is not unusual.
These are quite handsome and there continues to be demand in the marketplace for good-looking, useful silver.
I hope this information has been helpful. Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns.
