Your bronze Buddha head is made in Thailand in second half to late 20th century. It has been gilded and the wear on the face and nose as well as the wear on other parts are done to make it look older in my opinion. The 'dry' appearance of the head coverage and the way the ears are done shows me this is a later piece. The expression of the head is well done I must say it has a good atmosphere. There is demand for this type of heads in the market and I would not be surprised if your object would make a price around the estimate.
