What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a large canvas by Angelos Spartalis (1973), depicting a woman sitting on the right, looking at the viewer, painted in shades of blue, using both bold and subtle brushstrokes, signed upper left. A great painting with good potential. The artist grew up in Crete and in Düsseldorf, Germany. He is a graduate of the National Polytechnical School of Athens (Engineering-Aeronautics), his style is realistic / impressonistic combined with social-critical approach, he lives in Athens and Aghios Nikolaos, Crete. His list of exhibitions is quite impressive, which would suggest that he established a market value. Unfortunately none of his paintings were so far sold on the secondary art market at auctions. The estimate is based on similar size paintings by academic artists sold at auction.
