You have a boxwood statue of Shou Lao one of the immortals in Chinese mythology. He is the god of long life. It is quite a big one and carving is done nicely but not very good. The more detailed a statue like this is carved the higher price it will fetch in auction normally. Rosewood statues are more expensive then the boxwood one's. I would say your statue is made around 1930 and is about to become an antique.
