Description

each vase is 12" tall, 25" at widest point. A pair of hand painted and decorated Japanese Satsauma relief vases. The pair was probably made in the 1930s. In good condition without any visible fault. Heavily decorated by characteristic 19th and 20th century Satsuma Ware paterns.

Provenance

Inherited from Grandfather who was working on the railroad in Texas. It was given to him in the 1930s. It was unclaimed merchandise. Been in our family ever since.
