Asian tea set
Porcelain 15 piece tea set. Decorated in gold and matte maron paint. Intricate relief scultpureish imprint inside tea cups. When held to light reveal a picture of a Geisha. Painting on the tea set are of seemingly Asian monks surrounding a prominent female dressed in an intricate coat.

Thank you for submitting you item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese porcelain teaset with Mount Fuji mark. These export wares with excessive use of moriage or raised enamels were mass produced during the Taisho (1913-1926) and early Showa (1926-1988) period, 1920s-1940, smaller items even in the 1950s. The estimate is based on similar items sold at auction. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
