What does this mean?

Indeed a Wine warmer mad in China in republic period, say 1920. They are very rare and sought after indeed. Mark is not very well doen so cannot make out. Not to worry, usually and old emperors mark and doesn't say much about the period. Not sure if cup and holder are an original set; they normally must have the same decoration. My estimation ie based that set is original and not combined.
