Hello, Here is the true information on the vase. Live and learn. you can see same vase on eBay.
Zellique Art Glass is well known internationally for their uniquely beautiful and intricately detailed art glass creations. The famed glass studio was founded by master glassblower Joseph Morel in 1980. Joseph’s career in the world of art glass began when he took a glassblowing class as a senior in college. Thus began his love of creating art glass and he continued to develop his skill and techniques after graduating from college. After several years he opened Zellique Art Glass in order to follow his artistic vision which was now unencumbered by the restrictions of working for others. Joseph’s love of glassblowing and attention to detail are evident in every piece of art glass that the Zellique Studio produces from paperweights and bowls to vases and perfume bottles. In addition the studio is renowned worldwide for its inventive designs and uniquely expressive use of color in the glassblowing process. The Zellique Art Glass Studio has earned the respect and admiration of art glass collectors and their works are on display in museums and collections around the world.

Thanks, Dennis, for providing me with the correct information. I've updated the appraisal to include the correct information, and revised the price (unfortunately, Zellique is not as valuable at auction as Lalique).
