Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. This appears to be a prewar to mid 20th century Lionel train set in vintage used condition. Most of the train cars have traces of use as you would expect from a toy. Unfortunately collectors tend to buy only train cars in excellent condition. The estimate is based on similar lots offered or sold at auction.
