This glass decanter is based on the design of Horn of plenty based on the sighting of Halley's comet in 1840's, the height is 260mm, weight is 1.475 kg, yellowish color, this without stopper, there do not seem to be any damage to this object. I have tried but could not get any references to it. It is made with a special process which was developed in the nineteenth century- three mold process. You can find circular marks at base of the decanter as if it was made with a press.
