About 1 foot wide,2 1/2 feet tall. Wood sign in wood frame. This is a railroad ad for round trip tickets to the temperance meeting at Melville garden from Boston to Albany on August 4th 1890. With tickets selling at 1.45. There is a lot more detail on this sign then I can type. It has the ticket agents name and the date he put it out. . A. S. HANSON. BOSTON, JULY 22 1890.

Description

Black and red letters. A few water marks with age.

Provenance

I acquired it in while cleaning out a storage unit I purchased about 18 years ago and have displayed it in my living room since then. There are a few railroad museums that want it pretty bad. Most want me to donate it and another has offered a small amount. I have researched it for a long time as I do all my antiques, but have found nothing about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
