What does this mean?

Hello Mike,
Thank you for sending in this pocket watch to Mearto.com for appraise. -
TITLE:
Silvered gunmetal, 8- day, vintage, novelty, open face pocket watch with partially skeletonized dial, Unsigned on the dial and most likely a replica of the original A. Schild & Company 'Hebdomas' model pocket watch made in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland, circa 1906. Several Swiss watch companies made this Hebdomas-style pocket watch from c. 1900 through the 1960s. I would date your example to the second quarter of the 20th Century. (Unfortunately, the single photo is blurry, and therefore doing the appraisal becomes more difficult.)

Case: Approximately 50 mm in diameter, this is a gunmetal, open face pocket watch with the back cover not shown. (The back cover of such cases can vary greatly, from simply polished metal all the way up to being embossed with a complex hunting scene in bas relief. The suppressed ball fluted pendant and round bow is placed at the twelve position. The inside of the case is not shown but can have the name of the company that made the watch or the company that imported the watch.....
Dial: A white enamel, three quarter dial plate, with an exposed bimetallic balance wheel and engraved gilt balance bridge located at the six position. The round dial has Arabic hours in circular blue cartouche form, closed minutes, and appears to have gilt hands, but they are not clear enough to describe. Outside the main dial, i.e. on the facade, are the initials for changing the speed of the movement using French/English initials for faster and slower, and ‘8 days’ written in English and French with a gold rose on each side........
Movement is not shown but would be an 8 day going, stem wound, pin set movement with exposed lever escapement, from 6-15 jewels and an exposed movement barrel in the back which usually is embossed with markings such as eight days, ‘ancre’ for straight line lever escapement, Breguet hairspring, visible pallets, Swiss made and some type of guarantee of Superior quality......
Condition: I will assume the movement is operable. I will assume the dial which is unsigned is complete and not fractured. The movement is assumed original to this case. Case and back of movement most likely show evidence of wear and some oxidation.
Thank you for letting me appraise your pocket watch. (Please, in the future send in clear photos with proper measurements.) My fair market estimate is based on recent auction sales of comparable items. Retail sales would be somewhat higher.
Best regards,
David
