What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a KUNISADA II (1823-1880) japanese ukyo-e woodblock print, with a double censor seal mark, one of Kinugasa 1 , datable to 1847-1953. The artist was very productive and his woodblock prints are a common sight at auctions. Other prints of this particular motif have not been sold in the recent future. The estimate is based on similar sold at auction
