Based on the photographs and information provided, you have a Pair of Regence style carved and partially upholstered rosewood slipper chairs, late 19th or early 20th century. Because you have attached photographs of just one chair, I have gone with the benefit of the doubt and assumed the second chair is in similarly good condition; if, upon physical examination, that should not be the case, the value would likely decrease.
This particular style is not very popular at the moment but the chairs are handsome and appear to be in good condition, all factors that will benefit these chairs if you decide to sell them.
